      Pros

      Some of the project management staff are well trained, particularly in the traditional service areas such as monitoring, biostats, medical writing, etc.

      Cons

      Management team is very weak, particularly in the commercial segment. The company has a difficult time winning business in their own backyard and is infamous for their junior-level project managers.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
