- Graduate position advertised is not a Graduate scheme was making 75 - 100 cold calls a day with no support. I was doing a level 4 apprenticeship to cold call which is by no means a graduate role. - Team doesn't answer complaints in full and doesn't provide answers for failures - Be careful with the advice given by your mentor not always accurate left me out of a job - No one ever picks up the phone when you need support.
