Pros

Med. size company that gives you a lot of room to be creative with your job. Some required tasks, but you can be creative. Try to make a difference and go beyond your job duties. You will not be let go if you don't, or encouraged to go beyond your job description, but if you do and are successful it will be recognized. Company has a stable customer list, and knows how to make those products well, so they should be a reliable work place.

Cons

Pay is probably not competitive. Not too many opportunities for advancement for salaried workers. Company has a stable customer list, and knows how to make those products well.

Pros

Good steady pay, good hours, good benefits

Cons

No incentive to work, ppl get indirectly "promoted" with promise of a raise and manager doesn't deliver at the end. This company is a "who you know" type job. Management is out of touch with its employees and think they know better without any input from employees. They don't value anyone unless you're related to or friends with management. And I've seen that the higher you move up within the warehouse or departments the stressful it is. People have quit due to the high stress level or high expectations management has. They don't like to promote from within unless again; you're related to management; only two people have started from the bottom and promoted to supervisors/managers due to some relation to management or owner. They rather bring in someone new from the outside with no knowledge of the products the company makes.
