Pros
good organization to learn new technologies, I personally learned many things which my peers don't even use. Roles and expectations are clear to all. Lot of freedom to work and learn.
Cons
Timing policy is not good, may be due to the support job. Not a good organization for technology weak candidates when one will have to prove every day with new challenges.
