Pros
During my time here it was very clear that upper level management was eager to make the culture as supportive and inclusive as possible. They were constantly requesting feedback and following up on suggestions. The employee retention is impressive (many people celebrating 15+ anniversaries) and it is clear why.
Cons
As with many non profits, the pay is less than ideal and capacity is stretched.
