-all downhill after Viacom merger - Viacom; stale people, lacking decency, old brands that are irrelevant while they try to make them relevant
-too much red tape to get anything done
-leaders openly only prioritize certain BUs
-Cbs sales: some of the worst in the business, incredibly toxic
-pay seems a little low
-not great PTO
-very departmental, and the good departments have been gutted post merger and most good ppl have left
-diversity initiatives are fake and forced
