Many: 1. Paramatrix is an IT Company famous for multiple attributes like taking an employee to court if they break the contract and extracting the full money (This is one way for the management to complete their targets if they are falling short of their quarterly numbers) 2. HR policies are only management friendly and not employee-friendly 3. During appraisal cycles they act as if you are a beggar and they are giving you donations 4. During Diwali/New Year - Employees (That are the most important asset of any organization) are given the cheapest chocolate/biscuits box available in the market whereas clients are given assorted chocolate boxes 5. Once you start working you'll realize that all top positions in the company are taken by family members and relatives. I kid you not, they get yearly appraisals/bonuses and also awards for good performance - WITHOUT FAIL. The other employees get donations as mentioned above 6. You will never see a happy face on the floor. A company always keeps an employment bond when the attrition rate in the company is considerably high (Everyone shoudl get this) Employees run away for attaining their lost happiness as soon as they complete their 2 year bonds.
