Takes over, no information communicated to the on site property managers, constantly changing things in the upper management and no communication to the lower, no tools to do the job properly, regional management needs to be babysat to get things done, properties are going without while they “figure it out with the lawyers”, no team support, no nothing, constantly not knowing what to do in situations and no assistance to rely on. Residents: left in the dark, can’t get in communications with any other than the person at the office (if they know anything).
