This company and its employees are controlled by its useless and brainless CEO - Neeraj. Being the CEO of the company he has no work ethics or manners. The employees are literally harassed by this person for no reason, every employee is pressurized to work as per his instructions and mood. The policies keep changing from person to person, time to time, policy gets changed by the CEO in different situation. He is one selfish, brainless and mannerless human who is running a company that has no direction ahead. Due to his poor management and abusive language, many employees have left the organization and company is on a downfall. There's not even a single policy as per the Indian Law. The policies are prepared by the CEO as per his convenience. Leaves - only 15 leaves annually that too if employees utilize, they are being harassed at work. No public holidays as per the law. Unprofessional work culture - The CEO has a poor habit of Micro-management, unnecessarily employees are forced to work extra hours otherwise they are asked to leave the job immediately without notice. For women employees- This company is NOT SUITABLE for female employees. The CEO literally harasses the female employees with unnecessary work pressure, rude language, creating uncomfortable work conditions and then terminating them without any valid reason. Salary - Salary range is very low if compared with other similar level companies in market. They have this strange structure that they deduct the amount of Diwali bonus every month from your salary which is a part of your CTC and pay you back during Diwali on pro-rata basis. But, if you resign before Diwali then you have to forget your Diwali bonus that is deducted from your salary every month which is not informed to the employees when they join or later. Bingo! the company got extra money stolen from your salary! Salary Deduction - This is something strange and new to learn about. I don't know which law permits to deduct double salary of one day's unpaid leave. They credit the salary calculating as per 30 or 31 days of the month and while deducting (for an unpaid leave or any reason) they deduct calculating as per 21 days of a month (That's double of one day's salary). Why such a loot!? HONEST ADVICE TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT IN THIS ORGANIZATION, 'DO NOT JOIN' IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A SMOOTH CAREER AHEAD. YOUR TALENT AND KNOWLEDGE WON'T BE VALUED OR APPRECIATED IN THIS ORGANIZATION. Not to forget, everybody is forced to sign a two years bond with the company that is against the Indian Law. There are endless Cons while talking about this company.... !
