THE PAY IS GOOD WHEN YOU GET 40 hrs

Management In Ga sucks as well as everywhere else that Paragon Contracts exists no communication if you need to talk to the Major its G14 classified if you have a payroll discrepancy tuff luck no one knows anything they will take you from your post( Veteran post) place you on another officers post for 1/2 day so you dont get 40 hrs not to mention overtime they won't pay you for Mileage some officers drive two hours to fill an open post and get Chumped on mileage pay if the Major is angry with you he will take you off the schedule for a week wow how do you like that no pay someone has to do something about Paragon .

The contract pays well enough to work here. Familiar with most of the employees from the last company the acquired this federal contract. The training on going to meet contract requirements.

Cons

Company needs refined goals and have more employee interactions. Quality Control Goals need tobe reevaluated. The Department of Homeland Security puts unjustified pressures on command staff and officers and seeks only to penalize instead of training. Don't look for a pat on the back or recognition for doing your job well. I would be nice to see the PM and upper positions from corporate visit the PSOs.
