Pros
Great benefits, vacation, technicians on the floor are a good group of folks to work with.
Cons
Constant uphill battle to get work done on time, due to poor planning from management all the way to to top. Several if not all large projects are started with no real plan as how to execute. Most manufacturing is started so late that it's past due before it begins. In turn there is constant perceived pressure to get work done in a hurry. Effort to fix systemic issues within management is next to none. Overall it's a ship without a rudder (even though there 4 managers... Sort of). Onboarding when you first start you are given zero direction. Cannot rely on HR to help with much they are out of touch and unavailable for the most part. Plan on figuring out how to navigate through any complications within payroll, insurance, vacation, etc completely on your own. Biggest con would be that they let people go every 6 months.
