      Hands off company with a competitive salary.

      Cons

      - Culture is non existent. Leadership thinks leaving people alone is what everyone wants. - Owned by a Private Equity Trust which is the cause of the decline. It’s all profits, profits, profits. - East coast management is terrible.

      I have to type something here.

      Cons

      SIGMA7, a private equity group bought them. They instituted an invisible quota (not told to any field staff) and all those who didn't meet this were toast. Very naive and lack of knowledge on how to build and engineering practice by Sigma7, especially their CEO.
