Pros

Good training program for new employees, and continued training throughout employment, good benefits.

Cons

The company is basically run by a bunch of middle age women who are looking for young fresh meat that they can mold into Barbie Dolls! If your not in the click, your forced to quit....they bully you and belittle you until you can't take it any more.

Pros

Nice properties. A lot of great people!

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but my experience was quite disappointing. The company culture is undeniably toxic, with a lack of respect and support from management that is evident on a daily basis. Regional managers seem disconnected from their teams and often communicate in a condescending manner, which creates a hostile work environment. Instead of fostering collaboration and growth, they prioritize their own agendas, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. There’s little to no support for professional development, and feedback is rarely constructive. The atmosphere is one of fear rather than encouragement, leading to high turnover rates and low morale among employees. If you're considering a position here, I would advise you to think twice. A healthy work culture is essential for employee satisfaction and productivity, and unfortunately, this company falls short in that regard.
