Everyone had fun and was professional

Downturn caused them to go bankrupt

Pay, half-day Friday work schedule, nice facility

Cliques everywhere (think middle school or "Mean Girls"), Ineffective HR team that is unable to address issues, unprofessional managers, start-up mentality with near 100-year old processes, NO confidentiality can be expected when discussing issues with management or HR, most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. Because this company was a spin-off of Noble Drilling, quite a few Noble employees were promoted to managers if they would be willing to make the move to a new company. This resulted in people that were very good at their job but HORRIBLE as managers in leadership positions. No amount of discussions with management or HR resulted in real changes.
