Pros

Decent hands on experience, but only because they are so desperate to have\keep staff so you are thrown right in. Long term, this is why so many people leave I'm sure.

Cons

Just say no... not worth the stress, low pay, and poor, disorganized work environment. Nothing you do will be right unless the right people do it. Meaning the staff the CEO favors.

Hello. We are pleased to hear that you gained a positive hands-on experience. I apologize if you felt as though you were “thrown into” the position. I would welcome a call to find out how the training program and staff one-on-one’s did not support your starting experience. Event management is ranked as one of the most stressful industries in the country, so it is a necessity that professionals enjoy the fast-paced environment. While it may be chaotic at times, we strongly endorse other team members to help and support each other. In addition, we value our staff immensely and try to continually recognize them for their dedication and hard work. I can assure you that I appreciate everyone equally and my interaction with staff is often tied to the projects they are working on. There are some accounts that may require additional focus or support. I encourage you to call the office at your convenience so we may further discuss. I am available for your feedback as we are continuously examining ways that we may improve and grow.

Mon-Fri job, work with team regarding work life balance In the event business balance is not easy but Paragon Events works with the staff to support the employees needs.

Cons

No cons for me. programs says I need to enter 5 cons - hard to do when you like your job Staff turn-over- due to them not being able to do the task requested Those who have left felt they should get to work from home all the time- in this business you can't

Cons

•CEO’s leadership lacked modernized management practices, which made certain processes inefficient. •Pay was relatively low compared to the industry standard & time worked weekly. •Remote work structure felt overly monitored and invasive, limiting flexibility. •Experienced favoritism within the organization, particularly towards family members, which affected team morale.
