Great Culture - Sales Representative Paradise Builders Employee Review

I have been working for Paradise Builders for about 3yrs. The boss is very kind and does his best to help his employees succeed. The team has been incredibly supportive, and everyone does their best to help one another out. All in all, I would highly recommend working here!

There aren't any cons I can currently think of.

Honestly a great group of people to work with. The owners stay involved, but never micromanage which is very rare in many companies. There is high level of trust, respect, and willingness to help each other regardless of position, title, experience, etc. The owners always have your back if you find yourself up against a wall. All-in-all, genuine people with integrity who care about what they do and care about each other's success. I'd highly recommend working for the company.

You need to be flexible with your schedule at times because of all the changes. That is really the nature of custom remodeling though. Situations and decisions change almost daily and it can be demanding during the busy seasons. As with anything though, it's all in what YOU make of it....
