None, it used to be a nice place to work before the new management team took over, Be prepared to be expected to do 5 overnights a week.

Cons

It was the worst working environment I have ever been apart of. The new management team is horrible.

Pros

Short commute to Portland if you live in the surrounding area.

Cons

They don't know what the production schedule is going to be day to day, so the work schedule is very volatile. You may be asked to leave work 30 minutes after you arrive or you may be told you have to stay until 8 or 9 PM. If they have a good sales day, expect to stay until the work is done, if they don't expect to be told they don't need you to come in at all.
