Pros
my manager while I worked there.
Cons
Unreasonable workload requests, cliquey workplace culture, rude coworkers in other departments who would be making noise constantly and nothing was ever done about (talking, laughing loudly, chatting away all day while other departments are working around the clock to get things done.) rejected an ADA request because "it didn't match the ceo's aesthetic". my disability didn't matter in that regards to them, and it's done farther permanent damage to my already existing nerve damage because of that. They are absolutely tone deaf to how poorly they pay their workers, to the point they pulled me in to a meeting with their HEAD FINANCES GUY to bully me into shutting up when I started asking other workers around the place about how they felt about being paid. All this, while the ceo comes in every Friday in his different colored Porsche, to bring people donuts, which is kind, but so absolutely tone deaf. Hey here's some donuts, and 15 dollars an hour for a bunch of 30 year old adults! This place is a joke to work at, and literally a perfect "resume filler" of a job.
