The Software Development Team a family type of vibe team, and the manager is the best boss you will ever have. He will support you advising, teaching, giving opportunities to grow and freedom to decide the best approach for new solutions. It is a great company to start and it is growing fast.

The older folks are nice, but it can be tough working with some of them.
