      Good employees and easy work.

      Cons

      This company laid me off. There policy is that they walk you out and, mail you your belongings. This company lost my Machinist toolbox during shipping. This is not a cheap toolbox. It’s worth about $1500. They gave me the run around about a check in the mail for a couple months. Now they are completely ignoring my messages.

      Company culture was the best part of paradigm. It truly felt like your boss and coworkers care about you as individuals.

      Cons

      Some disorganization, but the company was going through a shift in what system they used so it made sense to have some disorganization.
