Pros
This is not a 9-5 job and expectations are high. But here’s key difference between this job and other corporate jobs: the people here not only want you to succeed, but will do everything in their power to help you succeed. Every company raves about flexibility, but this is a company that actually follows through on its promises.
I previously worked at Fortune 500 companies and am familiar with the difficulty of navigating corporate politics. My favorite part about Paradigm: every team member plays a integral role in the company and the CEO makes that known.

Cons
It can annoying when everyone is in the office and all the designated parking spots are filled. Two-hour street parking is not your friend!
