9yThanks for your review! We agree that our rapid growth has meant making fast changes that can be a challenge to stay ahead of. We ARE trying new things and have been impressed with the work everyone has put in to allow us to continue to grow and succeed. Complex service agreements are the norm for our industry—and we agree they can be a pain.
