Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Parabola through half a year. I started in an entry level role and expected to be joining an environment where the opportunity was ripe to grow, excel, and be rewarded. This is exactly what I've found. The sense of community is phenomenal, the people are kind and incredibly sharp, the office spaces are beautiful, and the team works hard (together).

There are times when I wish I was coached a bit harder, but positivity is really the motto here. The only other thing that comes to mind is the remote work culture in the SF office. Definitely wish there was more energy on a more consistent basis as someone who comes in almost every day. That said, the small crew who are in-office daily are awesome humans who make it feel as lively as it could.
