Non-existent leadership by senior lawyer. She refuses to speak about any files or offer any support or guidance whatsoever. Beware, she is very skilled at selling herself in an interview, but after you start (literally day 1 onwards) you will notice that she lied about everything in the interview (2 recruitment agencies told me this). Recruiters have told me they have heard absolutely appalling and horrifying stories about the owner after I explain my experience to them. Owner refuses to even speak to her support staff or offer them any guidance (many cried or quit because of this). Very unprofessional. She will pretend “we are all about mental health” in the interview but what I think she meant to say is we are all about causing mental health problems. If you value your mental health, run far away from here.
