Competitive salary, hybrid working, and good place to learn

The company is very petty, it is hard to get promotion, it is hard to get a salary raise (we don't get annual raise here). The worklife balance is bad especially if you don't have a good lead. They promise many things such as promotion, salary raise, job stability, but at the end of the day, they lied. There is a massive layoffs, the company is not profitting (even though they spend a lot of money on building, event, and etc). If they don't have money, dont spend it on build, just keep 1 building for use instead of 3, and dont spend a huge amount of money on event that is not event grant the company clear benefit. At the end of the day, their management is bad, and I really don't recommend staying here for long. You can join here for a year, increasing your base salary and skill, but if you stay more than 1 year, there is no benefit here.
