Management is very mishandled. Employees aren’t really a focus and you will be taking on more work and expected to over perform with tight deadlines with little pay raise. Management will talk behind your back and just need to watch yourself. Don’t mistake kindness for support, you will be trampled if you don’t show a tough attitude.
