Pros
Panorama does plenty of things like offers unlimited pay time off it offers competitive salary. If you’re in a manager position, they offer hybrid and remote work schedules. They are trying hard to instill a culture but haven’t found a footing yet.
Cons
The leadership in this company is a mess. They have regular leadership calls in which they go round and round and nothing ever gets done. Senior Leadership toss their responsibilities to another person like they are playing hot potato. The CEO is very disconnected from what is really happening during the day, I even had three members of senior management come to me after they got out of an executive management meeting telling me that my managing Director “threw me under the bus” but luckily someone stood up for me. This company is a game of popularity and strategy like on Big brother.
