      Decent and smart coworkers. Fully remote working environment. Health benefits. 401k plan with no matching. Base component of compensation was paid out on time.

      Cons

      The startup and its parent company Sqreamtech are struggling, so American applicants should not expect any job security while working here. It seems to be on its last legs.

      Product was built to help serve a market where Data Warehouse implementations are often difficult. Team understood the need and were focused on making a change
