      -food is donated at closing time every day (this gives a sense of contribution) -training and advancement is encouraged and streamlined -discount doesn't hurt

      -corporate pressure and ingredient changes can be troublesome -customers often become annoyed by employees' mandatory push for entry into rewards programs

      Youre out of the store a lot, you get to listen to your music/book/podcast a lot, good tips from customers most of the time.

      Cons

      Driver drama due to order assigning protocols. They replaced most delivery drivers with 3rd party delivery to save money.
