Pros
Good staff, decent hours, and no experience needed. Also, decent opportunity for advancement to team lead and management positions.
Cons
Increasing responsibility over time due to lots of turnover, and lots of hesitancy to increase pay. Was promised a raise after a year, but even after asking, nothing changed. One of my coworkers had a promotion dangled in front of her for months so that she would keep working there, but even after asking about it, the promotion was never granted. Management has also shifted a lot, making it confusing what is expected of employees. In general, there is a simple lack of consistency at the job, and a clear focus on keeping employee pay low. Many of my coworkers who had been there for years were fired just to be replaced by high schoolers who could be paid less.
