- Management is very Authoritarian. - The only place I've worked where writing up people is discussed. Felt like middle school. - Office is a beat up old trailer with rotting floors and no running water. - Need to walk through cold and rain to go to restroom. - No building maintenance. Never shovel or salt walkways and stairs. - Restrooms are disgusting. Cleaned once a week. - Pay is subpar. - Plant is a dark dingy place.
