great salary, savings program, even loans, they do care a lot for their employees, nice work environment with good salary, and even vacation program after the first year

It is a family owned company everybody at the headquarters work just not to make the owner angry, all company decisions go through him. management is not flexible at all, if a decision is made by the director it has to be done as he said it
