Pros

Absolutely NO pros. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company, EVER. This is the first and only job I’ve ever quit.

Cons

Some leadership challenges within the Customer Experience team make the work environment difficult. Communication from supervisors can feel unprofessional at times, and conversations about team members are occasionally held within earshot, which affects trust and morale. Support and guidance can also be inconsistent, with certain supervisors appearing unprepared to assist with tasks that fall under their responsibilities. There are also concerns about confidentiality and favoritism. Personal matters shared with supervisors have not always remained private, and opportunities for growth can feel limited unless you are already in a favored position. Additionally, employees who perform well on phone related metrics may find themselves kept in the same role longer than expected, which can be discouraging for those hoping to develop in other areas.

Pros

•Discounted Jewelry •That’s about it.

Cons

• Catastrophically high turnover rate (saw 4 different managers within a year) • Regional manager quit within a year as well •Will “write you up” for the smallest issues; “you were one minute late” • Condescending management • Manager cut hours after employees gave honest, kind constructive criticism that was supposed to be anonymous • Manager would unnecessarily search people. • Manager would change “rules” then write people up before giving anyone a chance to explain.
