      challenging yet very rewarding!!! Bonus tier is amazing and there are 17 bonus opportunities :)) Gives me space to lead and develop people... Has changed me to a great leader and as a person.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance to some people... But it's up to me to make quality time with the tine I have...

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
