Free food on break was nice. Our GM let us take a plate of leftover food at home before throwing it away and she generally cared about her staff. Always talking to us and asking us about our lives and such. Until she transferred to a new location and we got a new GM. No good things at all to say about her. It was all "do this do that, MUST FOLLOW POLICY!" "THAT IS NOT THE PROPER PROCEDURE!"

"POLICY!" is all I ever heard from her. I once gave a customer 1 extra shrimp and I didn't hear the end of it. I quit because I did the same thing and gave a few pieces of the shrimp to a friend who bought that day because I was about to throw it away due to it sitting on the steam table for over an hour. She became salty to me the rest of the night and after closing sat down with me and started explaining the whole "Proper Procedure" again. I just kept saying "Okay, okay, okay" because honestly, I didn't really care about Panda anymore. I dreaded everyday coming to work and looked forward to leaving and was so happy to leave. Back to the story: My new GM then told me she will be taking away all of my shifts for that week to do "some investigating" which really didnt make sense, because shes too much of a coward to straight up tell me Ill be fired because my co-worker texted me the NEXT MORNING saying she found termination papers. I immediately came in and turned in a letter of resignation. I was so happy to be free of that prison. I will list a few more cons: - REALLY slow, often found myself falling asleep and walking into the freezer to wake myself up more. Was basically cleaning the majority of the time -Too nit-picky about the smallest things. -GM's honestly are too harsh about of a lot things. They can still make their point without such a n annoying attitude. -God forbid there is one wrinkle on your shirt or one stain on your apron. -God forbid there is one piece of unshaved hair on your face. She wanted us to have baby smooth faces, all us staff look liked middle-schoolers lol Last advice: dont ever, and I mean EVER give one piece of chicken too much or else you will hear "PROPER PROCEDURE!!!!!" all night and youll be watching the same training videos over and over and over.
