      Pros

      - Good starting pay - Coworkers are good people due to extensive interview - Managers are understanding and helpful - Always busy and something to do - Lots of promotion opportunity if you initiate and ask for training - Bonuses if your company exceeds income goals

      Cons

      - Get scheduled way more hours than you asked for sometimes - Have to have at least 30 hours a week if you decide to become a shift leader - Shift leader tier one is only a $0.5 wage increase and is a much bigger responsibility, so if you become one you should try and move up even more as fast as you can to make it worth it

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is something you have to strive for but we have recognized need for growth in this area and we are striving to make a difference!
