Pros
This is a good job if you're in school or want to work part time. The pay is good in comparison to other fast food places. There are opportunities to move up if you want to. Flexible hours.
Cons
The environment was stressful. Policies were constantly changing. End of night shift was the absolute worst because you're expected to satisfy the customer who comes in 5 minutes before closing however you also cannot waste food. Our regional manager never remembered our names, although he had been seeing some of us for 3 or 4 years. Upper management walked in like they were royalty when it is so clear and evident they are not.
