The most important thing Panda employees focus on is customer service. To inspire people to better their lives and give everyone a great experience so that when they leave, it will be with a smile.
Cons
Sometimes it can be very busy and a few employees do not show up. We may be understaffed but it is still our job to keep things going along. So we work three even four times harder than before.
