      Good pay, benefits, two entree-meal free on lunch break, not a difficult job, fresh food.

      Cons

      Sometimes higher management "down-talks" employees. I doubt it's done purposely though.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
