Pros
Great team and crew Ample time off should something happen Lots of access to gear and people willing to teach you about it no matter how dumb a question CEO is a lovely person who really cares about those she works with and those under her. No issues with her whatsoever.
Cons
Really long hours, like 50+ a week Really low pay, plenty of overtime but it pretty much makes your check a regular check Upper management has very little care or concern about the people that at spend the most FaceTime with the company’s clients.
