The company provides the best tools for the job you need to do and good working environment, however....
Cons
Politics have been dominating the company in the last 5+ years to the point that the company has been disfigured from what it was before it (a great company to work for!). Used to have a great culture, care about their employees and their customers. With the change, management comes first than employees and customers for last. Used to be a great company to work for, but has lost it, defending incompetent people on upper management and not paying attention to their customers. Managers are being promoted/ nominated based on relationship status with their peers and upper management, while very good people are being dismissed or leaving the company. COVID has made a huge mess on the company, it will never be the same great company if it keeps its current path.
