Pros
This is for the solar of Panasonic. The work schedule is about the only good part 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off. Those are 12 Hr shifts.
Cons
Most of it lol. The Management is terrible. You are expected to do the labor of three people and the pay is very low. It is a very top heavy company with no room for promotion. The management pretends to want your ideas but won't listen to logic or utilize any idea that they can not take credit for. I know this sounds like a disgruntled employe thing but it's not I've stuck with this company for 5 years now and since it was bought by Panasonic the company has fallen apart.
