Pros
There are nice people to work with there. The environment can be laid back. Looks like there was room for growth before the acquisition took place
Cons
There are too many young inexperienced people in management positions. Alot of nepotism and favoritism within departments. There are too many platforms to work from in operations which causes lost time on one shipment. Their system sucks for operations.
