This company has a top notch product, head's and shoulders above what its much larger competitors have, and it's their own platform. They aren't just reselling someone else's platform like most of the other guys in the VoIP/UCC space. They also only hire qualified, talented people who have proven to be top performers in the industry. This isn't a call center operation that hires the lowest common denominator and churns through employees hoping to find one good one out of 10 that fail. They are deliberate when hiring, and expect you to be here for years.
Panterra allows you to work remotely and doesn't micro manage you as long as you perform. Creativity is rewarded and you're allowed to take risks. Goals are fair and achievable, and there's no fear that commission structure or incentives are going to change month to month like a lot of the industry competitors.
