Salary Ontime Hikes Lunch and Dinner Every month 1 st Thursday Standup comedy Peaceful office Environment in Greenery and Spacious Surroundings

No 2 weekoffs if u join as Fresher if u join as QA Fresher for 2 Years you wont have 2 weekoffs No proper holidays(My 1 st holiday on 2018 is on August 15)(They dont have any courtesy for same) I worked continuously 12-13 days many times(They dont have any courtesy for same) High Work Pressures No Life Balance No Leaves - If u want to get leaves you have 2 ways 1)To fight for it 2) U need to throw biscuits on u r superior u r great like that. I have 35 Leaves but not even single leave is paid after i leaving this office(More than a month salary). There are some wrost people who never works they dont even know what are the components and products in project actually being SMEs they always throws there mistakes on FRESHERS they themselves go and complains to manager about FRESHERS at end manager will also support them and scolds you(FRESHERS) without proper enquiry and second thought and always degardes you as if they are super extraordinary and gives them good position like Lead though they are unfit Some employess thinks whatever they know is right that is too bad come out of that perception unless u r in this organisation it will work i know you wont get job in other organisations There is no documented thing of how process works workflow people always say to learn workflow if we ask someone we wont get proper info no one knows exactly how the process workflow but they act like hell without them company cant run like that can we surf there process in net and get knowledge is there any such kind of provision Overall i love PANDORA proud employee of it just because of 2 or 3 people i dont degrade company but company need to take necessary actions on this kind of cheap people

Pros

Salary, company leadership, products, organization, support. This company has a top notch product, head's and shoulders above what its much larger competitors have, and it's their own platform. They aren't just reselling someone else's platform like most of the other guys in the VoIP/UCC space. They also only hire qualified, talented people who have proven to be top performers in the industry. This isn't a call center operation that hires the lowest common denominator and churns through employees hoping to find one good one out of 10 that fail. They are deliberate when hiring, and expect you to be here for years. Panterra allows you to work remotely and doesn't micro manage you as long as you perform. Creativity is rewarded and you're allowed to take risks. Goals are fair and achievable, and there's no fear that commission structure or incentives are going to change month to month like a lot of the industry competitors.
