Pros
The staff are really good people, in almost all the departments, in any role., even when they working hard. Small community feel. IT dept. is pretty decent, not too many crashes. The Quality dept. actually cares about issues and seems genuinely want things to improve internally.
Cons
Overall funding may be decreasing, post COVID etc. Patients confuse Palomar with the PHMG clinics when they give bad reviews.
