      Cons

      Occasional politics drive decision making & culture, Employees are taken care of as long as their vision for how things should be done mainly aligns with upper management. When a position at the company is no longer desired, the employee is let go, sometimes without prior warning.

      - Upper management is mostly people that are way under-qualified to do their jobs. - Cliques - Currently no HR - Mainly a marketing company that has no real idea how software is designed/created - VPs with selective memory - Sometimes they will change your role without adjusting your pay appropriately - And so much more...
