Pros
Senior Leadership listens to you. They value input and take things to heart. . It feels like a family more than a company in day-to-day activity. If you've ever worked as a C level for for large corporations, this is a VERY welcome change. They have fantastic benefits as well.
Cons
It's hard to say anything negative, but I believe in full transparency. They ONLY "con" (if you can call it that), is that their Pay system requires salaried employees to enter their time in the payroll app. It's not a punch-in/punch-out kind of thing, but if you've been salaried for 20+ years with other companies, this has never been something you need to do. That's literally the worst thing about this place. That should tell you something.
