Only certain people promote. No empathy No concern during times of inclement weather or holidays. Pay/raise is a complete joke. Benefits are expensive. No mobility. Inept management. Classist. Racist. Unfair. No equality. Rules do not apply to everyone. Zero accountability. Zero qualified leadership. No empathy in times of losing lived ones.
