This is a very well oiled machine providing you are in the CLICK. Lots of products to sell, long time rapport with the community and you never have to worry about getting paid.
Cons
The upper management in the glass house upstairs constantly micro manage. Knee jerk reactions are daily routine and upper management has no real idea on how they plan to achieve a preset goal. Goals are very important to them except there is no clear direction on how they want you to get there. What ever you do, dont make a decision on your own on how to get there. There are way to many chiefs and no where enough indians. This operation is ran as thin as it can be when it comes to managers. Foremost and most important, there is no loyalty to any employee they have regardless of tenure or quality of work. A bad night at home comes to work with each and every person in upper mgt and do they ever take it out on their employees.
